We had Peter from Pegasus Appliance come to our house to repair our leaky fridge. Peter was prompt and very quiet in his work as I had unexpected guess arrive, which we were sitting close to the kitchen are. Peter was very efficient, quick, and quiet with his work. He also took the time to explain why our fridge was leaking. I was most impressed that he cleaned up his working area and my fridge of the leaky water. I will be using Pegasus Appliance in the future for sure! ~ Kathy C

Called for a service, woke up to fridge/freezer not working. She was honest and said because mine is LG only LG can supply parts, saved me a service fee. And helped answer questions I had. Not too many places are upfront and honest before taking your money these days. Although I can’t rate how they are with actual fridge service, I give 5+ starts for their actual customer service. I would recommend Pegasus Appliance. Our clothes dryer broke the day before New Years Eve and Peter, the Tech, came the same afternoon to diagnose the problem. He was courteous and efficient and explained and showed me the part that was broken. Pegasus kept us informed of when the part was arriving and came back as soon as they had the part. The dryer was fixed the following day. All communication was timely and the price was fair. Great Job! ~ Barbara b

We are very pleased with the job that Igor did on our frig. He ordered the parts & had them in record time to fix the frig. He contacted us to keep us informed of when the parts came in & quickly came out to fix the frig. He always let's you know when he's coming & how long it will take him to arrive. I recently dealt with Pegasus, for a service appointment on an issue with a washing machine and got an immediate appointment the following day. The technician was on time, knowledgeable and was able to point out the issue quickly and ordered the necessary parts. Once the parts were available the technician came out and thoroughly repaired the machine and cleaned up the work area. Excellent knowledgeable service. Thank you! ~ Raluca S

I purchased a Whirlpool microwave from a reputable appliance store which included an installation fee. Their installation service was a nightmare ending in their refusal to install. I contacted Pegasus Appliance Repair and they sent out a 2-man crew the very next day. Both technicians were knowledgeable, they assessed the conditions and hooked up the microwave in less than one hour. I highly recommend their services. ~ D. K

The repair man was polite, informative about the unavailability of parts for this make and model, but showed me how to clean the filters (info not in the product manual) and informed me that keeping it further out from the wall might solve the overheating problem. The fridge has been running fine since, saving me the cost of replacing it for now. ~ Rum R
