I purchased a Whirlpool microwave from a reputable appliance store which included an installation fee. Their installation service was a nightmare ending in their refusal to install. I contacted Pegasus Appliance Repair and they sent out a 2-man crew the very next day. Both technicians were knowledgeable, they assessed the conditions and hooked up the microwave in less than one hour. I highly recommend their services. ~ D. K

I recently dealt with Pegasus, for a service appointment on an issue with a washing machine and got an immediate appointment the following day. The technician was on time, knowledgeable and was able to point out the issue quickly and ordered the necessary parts. The repair man was polite, informative about the unavailability of parts for this make and model, but showed me how to clean the filters (info not in the product manual) and informed me that keeping it further out from the wall might solve the overheating problem.
