I recently dealt with Pegasus, for a service appointment on an issue with a washing machine and got an immediate appointment the following day. The technician was on time, knowledgeable and was able to point out the issue quickly and ordered the necessary parts. The repair man was polite, informative about the unavailability of parts for this make and model, but showed me how to clean the filters (info not in the product manual) and informed me that keeping it further out from the wall might solve the overheating problem. The fridge has been running fine since, saving me the cost of replacing it for now. ~ Rum R
